First, you must lift your car using the jack. Put the jack stands or blocks if necessary. Then you should remove the front wheel of your car, followed by the removal of the brake. Get the grease cap, which is usually situated in the center. Bob the cotter pin and then pull the nut out. Take the rotor out and seize the grease seal off the rotor’s back. Stretch the external and internal bearings.
With the use of hammer and punch, the next step in wheel bearing replacement is to hit the racings from the rear of the rotor’s center. It is critical for you to use the new career for those old and used one because it cannot provide you the expected results. Using a clean rag, wipe the rotor’s central part.
Take the new bearings and replace the old ones, mounting them in place. You do not need to follow some particular orders in placing the bearings. When they are in the right place, put the oil and mount a new seal. Then you can re-install the car’s rotor, reconnect the brake into their right position, and reattach the wheel.
